Please Review Before You Buy
Digital products are delivered instantly. Before purchasing, please carefully review the product description, file format, and preview images to confirm the product meets your needs. If you have questions before buying, email us — we’re happy to help.
Refund Eligibility
Accidental Purchases If you purchased a product by mistake and have not yet downloaded the file, you’re eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
Product Mismatch If the product title, preview image, or description does not match what you received, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
After Downloading Because digital files are delivered and accessible immediately upon download, refunds are generally not available once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue (corrupted file, missing components, or formatting errors), please contact us. We’ll work to resolve the issue or provide store credit where appropriate.
Subscriptions (CRM) You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We do not offer refunds on subscription payments, as all plans include a free 15-day trial — giving you full access to evaluate the platform before any charge is made.
Unauthorized Use
We reserve the right to decline refund or support requests from users found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions, including unauthorized sharing, reselling, or redistribution of purchased files.
